FULL DAY TOUR
Destination - Waipari Station near Mangakuri Beach. 1 hour from
Napier. Thrilling.
 Self
drive with possibly New Zealand's most experienced and best 4 Wheel Drive
instructor. You will start with a guided drive to Waipari Station where
Mark, the station owner, will instruct you for an hour. Mark has been
instructing since 1992, training upward of 3000 people from Mt Linton
Station in the south to the Auckland Police in the north.
Mark will then lead you for three hours over his station on a challenging,
purpose built farm track, up and down steep hills with stunning sea views.
The track was built to provide wonderful coastal views and high tracks
which are challenging and interesting.
 We
will have a late billy lunch on the property then on to the town of Patangata
and a couple of well deserved beers at the pub on the edge of the river
with the locals.
We return along the Tukituki Valley with its stunning views.
Rental of 4WD vehicles is available, price upon application.
